An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Deputy Theatres Manager to work at Chelmsford City Theatres. 
Chelmsford Theatres will be embarking on significant changes in the coming 12 months as we enter an exciting phase of focus on the future of arts and culture across our City. Your role will lead and support the Theatre team during this period of change and improvement through team strategies and development, operational management and analysing the effectiveness of the visitor experience.

Chelmsford City Theatres plays host to two performance spaces; the main 501 seat Civic Theatre and the smaller Picture House Cinema, Cramphorn Theatre, entertaining more than 100,000 visitors every year. However, we are ambitious. Working to support the locally developed vision of Chelmsford in 2040, we are starting on a new journey to develop our programming and audiences through exciting and innovative ways
 
Interviews will be held week commencing 25th March / 1st April at the Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1JE
