Are you passionate about making a difference to the cultural ambitions of Chelmsford and love getting things done?

This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark on the future of the district as it prepares to launch its first ever Cultural Strategy.

Our partners Culture Chelmsford are looking for a new Fundraising and Engagement Manager, with excellent fundraising and communications skills and experience dealing with donors.

Being part of a small dynamic team, the role will work across all aspects of engagement and fundraising with particular focus and responsibility for individual giving and corporate partnerships.

The role will be focused on building the long term sustainability of the Trust through income generation, and developing a programme of activity that will make the Cultural Strategy a success.
