Hailing from the Appalachian mountains of North Carolina, I am primarily a musician and songwriter for the American folk-music duo, Songs of the Folk.
I’ve recently, along with my wife Lauren, moved to Essex. Songs of the Folk has performed concerts across the region and also uses music to partner with a local church, perform in prisons and schools, and lead a weekly music session for asylum seekers living in Chelmsford.
I am also a poet and I present my poems through Typoetry, which has been displayed and sold locally at Artists in the Meadows.
