I am a built-environment professional, professional project manager and Architectural Technologist based in Chelmsford. Outside of the formal stuff I am also a design enthusiast and good urban development champion.

I founded WE ARE IST in 2024 as a curatorial and engagement organisation focussed on the built-environment and architecture. Part of my aim is to provide engaging and educational curation of our local landscape to look at what we have, what works and what can be done better in the future. Chelmsford is very frequently lambasted as having a grey, characterless urban setting and I very much disagree that this is the only narrative.

My interest is in working with local organisations, businesses and authorities to build engagement and interest in how we manage and look after our buildings and urban environments, and how we can plan for a better future for our community.
