Born in Liverpool, England, I am a Senior Lecturer at Writtle University College, Essex on the BA (Hons) Art and the Environment course.

My own artistic practice explores identity and in particular the boundary between the physical and online presence. More recently my work has been motivated by memory, variations to the state of mind and the conscious and unconscious blurring of the line between work and play.

I was motivated to become an Ignite Chelmsford Cultural Partner as I believe that art and creativity is a powerful force in making a community stronger. I am also keen to embed art in the community as an aid to promote wellbeing and improve mental health.
