Our events are hosted in the city as well as online. Our relaxed monthly Socials are a great way to meet others and hear inspirational talks from local and national creatives. Our online, monthly Hub events are the ideal platform to promote what you are doing and call out for support and collaboration.

Ignite January Social

Every 2nd Thursday of the month Ignite holds an in person get together. A relaxed environment to meet people in Chelmsford, have a friendly chat and hear talks on inspiring creative & cultural topics. Our bar serves local beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks.
We are often treated to a short performance or taster from speakers – recently we have had a cello performance, beer tasting, poetry reading and storytelling.

January Topic:
In January we will hear from two fascinating Chelmsford creatives, covering film making, animation, illustration and community art.
Speakers:
- Vicci Button – Animator, illustrator and community artist. Vicci aims to engage communities by involving them in the creative process.
- Vignesh Vyas – Filmmaker, and Occupational Therapist specialising in mental health and is researching in the field of therapeutic filmmaking.
