Chelmsford City Council’s, Cultural Services team are recruiting a Cultural Membership and Secretariat Officer.

It’s been ten years since Chelmsford was granted City status and there have been many notable achievements in that time. This unique and varied opportunity working with the City Council’s Cultural Services department and its partners, you will help to deliver an ambitious next decade for the entire district.
As Cultural Membership and Secretariat Officer you will enjoy the collaborative nature of this role which will include oversight of Ignite Chelmsford, supporting the administration of an independent Trust, Culture Chelmsford and working with the newly formed Local Cultural Education Partnership.
If you love growing a database of engaged, interested andpassionate members and you have a friendly and conscientious attitude you’ll excel in this role. We’re looking for someone who can make things happen and is happy working with key frameworks like policies and charity commission guidelines.
