Paid Opportunity // Call for Festival Content

Can you offer an engaging activity, workshop or performance?

Our friends Chelmsford Creatives and Chelmsford Museums have an excellent opportunity to contribute to their annual Culture in the Park event.

An inclusive festival that aims to highlight and celebrate Chelmsford’s cultural activities in whatever shape or form they take. Supporting Chelmsford’s diverse cultural and creative organisations with the aim of inspiring new grassroots initiatives in the city.

In 2017 and 2018 the event featured drumming workshops, Bollywood dancing workshops, Yoga sessions, storytelling, Chinese dumpling making – amongst numerous other activities. Previous year’s events have attracted roughly 1000 visitors, and the festival aims to appeal to all ages

If you’d like to contribute, simply download and complete a proposal form and return to ku.vog.drofsmlehc@drofxO.ymmaS by 5pm 7th June 2019.

The festival will take place on 31st August 2019, 11am-5pm. For information on last years website visit the Chelmsford Museum Website
